All Genuine Newstar replacement parts are warranted for one (1) year / 100,000 miles from installation, or 18 months after purchase from S&S Truck Parts LLC, whichever comes first.

We warrant all new parts against defective material or workmanship when such parts are used in appropriate applications. We will NOT extend this warranty to parts where failure or damage was caused by misapplication, accident, or abuse.

Unless otherwise stated, authorization from your salesperson is required to initiate any return for warranty. If our examination shows the parts to be defective, we will replace such parts free of charge. This warranty extends solely to replacement of defective parts; we disclaim liability for labor and/or special or consequential damages of any nature.

If it is necessary to return any parts under this warranty, the buyer agrees to wait for settlement of his claim before any deductions are made in payment to S&S Truck Parts LLC. Any expenses incurred without our consent will be disallowed.
