SS 306 TBB HDX DEF Header Service Replacement Additional Parts

Applicable Vehicles:  TBB HDX

Symptoms:  DEF Header Failure replacement 

Issue:  Original SSI DEF Header, which has been discontinued, has failed and needs to be replaced. Replacement KUS DEF header
04-37614-000 must be used as replacement, but requires some additional parts and re-routing of DEF
Pump Supply Coolant line. Refer below for how item 20 and 22 is routed. 

Solution:  Order additional parts

**Service filter replacement will be part# KSF JS206401. Suggsted maintenance interval is 62,000miles or 100,000KM's, although
periodic evaluation of filter contamination is advised.
