SS 306 TBB HDX DEF Header Service Replacement Additional Parts

Applicable Vehicles:  TBB HDX

Symptoms:  DEF Header Failure replacement 

Issue: The original SSI DEF Header, which has been discontinued, has failed and needs to be replaced. Replacement KUS DEF header
04-37614-000 must be used as a replacement, but requires some additional parts and re-routing of DEF
Pump Supply Coolant line. Refer below for how items 20 and 22 are routed. 

Solution:  Order additional parts

**Service filter replacement will be part# KSF JS206401. Suggested maintenance interval is 62,000miles or 100,000 km, although
periodic evaluation of filter contamination is advised.
